Company; renovated all East Course greenside and fairway bunkers, which consisted of

— Directed the operations of a private 36-hole facility, replaced the infrastructure, and improved
the conditions of 2 Championship Courses under a 3-5 year time constraint due to an Amateur
and U.S. Open Championship
— Implemented aggressive agronomic programs to prepare both courses for the 2004 U.S.
— Amateur Championship and the West Course for the 2006 U.S. Open Championship
— Performed significant renovations, including: rebuilt all bunkers on both courses, recaptured
lost hole locations on all West Course greens; built 7 new tees adding 300 yards to West
Course, 4 million dollar irrigation system, developed tree restoration program that eliminated
800 undesirable species, corrected shade problems and saved specimen trees

— Developed an aggressive agronomic program to prepare the course for the 2000 U.S. Open
with 70,000 guest rounds per year
— Prepared Pebble Beach to USGA specifications for the 2000 U.S. Open
— Possessed a strong working knowledge with using effluent water as an irrigation source
— Installed extensive drainage in greens, tees, fairways, and roughs to alleviate chronic
wet conditions
